Founded in 2005 by Melissa Horne, Jigsaw has enjoyed considerable growth and is now a recognised leader in the emerging industry of Interior Architecture. We are a close knit team with a wealth of experience with offices in Poole & London covering the South East, the M3 corridor, all of London and the home counties. We have projects that range from bespoke marine residences to large multi-unit urban developments in the heart of our capital.

Our intrinsic technical skills compliment the design process; we are 2 and 3D CAD based and we communicate our designs in an industry standard that can be easily read and understood by contractors and suppliers.

Jigsaw’s mantra is to treat each new project as an individual entity, providing fresh perspective to domestic residential design. We see the project from the viewpoint of both the developer and the purchaser, and we champion both form and functionality; this allows for a seamless build process that maximises investment and provides the buyer with a high-end product that exceeds expectations and meets the demands of modern living.

At Jigsaw we endeavour to form long-standing, strategic partnerships with developers to become an integral part of the design team; this is amply demonstrated by the fact that our oldest client was also our first client. We have forged strong relationships with architects, project managers, M & E specialists and contractors which allows for cohesive onward transition. In addition, we have built up a large number of trusted, but not limited to, suppliers that we are happy to recommend to developers.

Melissa Horne

Managing / Creative Director

Melissa founded Jigsaw in 2005 with a view to providing interior architectural solutions for her many and varied client base. Melissa enjoys outdoor activities and fundraising and loves it when both can be combined.

Nathalie Serdons

Associate Director London

Nathalie has a very 'hands on' approach to designing. Technically savvy, she works well with the complexities of detail. Nathalie is well travelled, appreciating new cultures and ways of life. She has lived in a number of countries before settling in the UK.

Frankie Thorne, Jigsaw Interior Architecture

Frankie Thorne

Finance and Business Manager

Frankie has a wealth of business experience which allows her to forge relationships to ensure excellent customer service. Frankie enjoys travelling, skiing and swimming with the Branksome Chine Surf Lifesaving Club.

Lucille Taylor-Lepercq

Senior Interior Architectural Designer/Design Department Manager

After graduating in Paris with a Masters Degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Lucille relocated to London six years ago where she has gained extensive knowledge in residential, hospitality and retail design. Lucille has an exceptional eye for detail and lives in Hampshire where she enjoys exploring the New Forest trails and training for her next marathon.

Alessandra Cattaneo

Senior Interior Designer/Department Manager

Aless thrives on the fast-paced environment of the interior design industry. With an extensive knowledge of fabrics and an eye for detail, Aless is able to create and install unique designs that meet a wide variety of briefs. When not at work, Aless can be found by the sea, surfing or doing her bit for the local beaches as a Surfers Against Sewers Regional Rep.

Lucy Jones

Interior Architectural Designer

Brought up on the North Cornish coast, Lucy can attribute a love for nature and the natural environment to childhood memories of this beautiful area. This has inspired her design ethos, striving to design spaces that create positive connections with people in order to enhance their health and wellbeing. Lucy has come from a high end commercial background in London and believes that attention to detail is the key to any successful design. She loves being by, on or in the sea and taking her dog for coastal walks.

Pia Stenbakk

Interior Architectural Designer

With a background in retail design Pia’s approach focuses on enhancing people’s experience of spaces. With this, she has gained a good eye for detail and brings a holistic approach to the office. Outside of work she enjoys challenging her own boundaries whether dancing salsa, bouldering or hanging from an aerial hoop.

Alix Roman

Interior Designer

After a career spent on the water in the yachting industry and latterly superyacht management in London, Alix went on to complete a Diploma in Interior Design from AUB. In her role at Jigsaw she is able to combine her organisational experience with her longstanding passion for architecture and interiors. Alix is happiest on a ski slope.

Mia Lauren, Jigsaw Interior Architecture

Mia Billam-Smith

Interior Designer

With a background in residential and luxury property, Mia joins the show home team having recently completed a Diploma of Interior Design. She holds an aesthetic appreciation for lovingly crafted materials and carefully considered spaces. Outside of work, Mia leads an active lifestyle including the gym, boxing and skiing and continues to tick off destinations on her extensive travel bucket list.

Amy Renault

Administrative Design Assistant

Amy comes from a strong admin background and combines her organisational skills with a passion for interior design at Jigsaw, following a short course in Interior Design at AUB. Outside of work Amy loves bike rides in the New Forest, long walks along the south coast and is redeveloping a seaside property with her partner.

Mark Andrews

Logistics Manager

Mark is methodical and organised which helps to maintain and categorise stock. Mark oversees all show home installations. Mark is a family man but also enjoys a round of golf when given the opportunity.

Gary Andrews, Jigsaw Interior Architecture

Gary Andrews


Gary has a very practical approach to building and fitting furniture, this teamed with his hands on experience means installations run smoothly and efficiently. In his free time Gary enjoys eating out and the occasional round of golf.
