Premier House, the tallest building for miles around, is a landmark development of 120 flats in Edgware and raises the bar for contemporary living in this London suburb
As expected with a prominent sight, no detail has been overlooked in terms of the finish on this development; the Architect proposed to completely reclad the exterior of the building to remove the office look and with the recessed buildings we proposed, the external look of the site has been softened and transformed into a residential building. Jigsaw carried this theme through to the internal finish with stylish timber-clad feature walls and porcelain flooring setting the tone as you enter the building.
Each apartment has been lovingly designed to create a harmonious environment that seamlessly flows from room to room. Sophisticated yet contemporary detailing, such as the mix of units and silestone counters in the designer kitchens, are combined with elegant tiling in the bathrooms and under-floor heating allows for minimal interruption to the sleek design of the space.
The show home has been designed to complement the technical specification of the apartments. A monochrome palette with highlights of citrus yellow has created an on-trend scheme. Furniture with clean lines has been used to compliment the geometric wallpapers and fabrics to give an ‘urban’ feel to this first phase of regeneration in Edgware.
