This family home on Lilliput Road features an open plan ground floor with snug, two guest bedrooms, one home office and a master suite on the third floor. The property is finished to an exceptionally high standard and exudes luxury.

The developers had not yet listed the house on the market and were seeking expert guidance on how to optimise its layout to appeal to potential buyers. We worked closely with the clients to advise on the best seating arrangement and layout adjustments, enhancing the flow and functionality of the space.

A dressed property is much more likely to sell than an empty property. Our rental show home service means that all the furniture installed is rented to the developer/ homeowner and will be returned to Jigsaw when the property has sold. This is a cost-effective way to create a bespoke high-end show home, especially when the property is likely to sell quickly.

To develop the concept, we drew inspiration from the house’s modern design, keeping in mind that it was initially intended for use as an Airbnb rental. We chose a contemporary scheme featuring neutral tones as the base, accented with green and rust hues to add pops of colour throughout the space. Our clients wanted to furnish the property quickly, so every item of furniture was chosen with quick turnaround in mind.

The property featured a spacious open plan kitchen, living, dining room with floor to ceiling glass overlooking the manicured patio. We thoughtfully zoned the space to create cosy and inviting areas for relaxing on the sofa, curling up with a book and hosting friends.

We dressed the garden with outdoor furniture, plants, and accessories, to emphasize the garden’s appeal as an extension of the living space. This not only made the home feel more expansive but also more inviting, positioning it as a desirable property for those looking for a home that offers inside-outside living. These changes helped transform the property into a more functional, inviting, and marketable space, ensuring it would attract the attention of potential buyers.
