Briefing and Budgets
The briefing stage kicks off as soon as we receive an enquiry. We invest time in understanding our customers’ needs and gathering all the essential information to initiate the project.
If needed, we conduct a site visit to better assess the property and its space. During this phase, we start to gauge the client’s budget, and in some cases, we offer guidance on budget considerations.
This stage is also an ideal opportunity to establish a timeline for the project, discussing any move-in dates, launch events, or marketing deadlines that may be relevant.
Concept Design
This stage provides a clear vision of the interior design concept, focusing on the desired aesthetic, the feel of the materials, and suggested furniture or decorative elements. It serves as a reference point throughout the design journey for both the designer and the client. We closely adhere to the brief while exploring who will use the space and how they will interact with it.
Through thorough research and extensive supplier knowledge, we gather inspiration and suggestions to develop a cohesive concept, which we present through mood boards. These boards typically feature imagery, material samples, color palettes, styling ideas, and sketches.
This presentation demonstrates our understanding of the brief and our initial ideas, giving the property a distinct identity and beginning to weave its narrative.

Procurement
Our in-house procurement team receives detailed schedules from our designers and manages all orders. They collaborate closely with both designers and clients to address any necessary reselections due to stock levels or timelines. Our extensive list of suppliers provides us with numerous options, ensuring that the overall quality and aesthetic of the design are never compromised.
Orders are tracked and scheduled for delivery to our warehouse in Poole. Our logistics team checks and logs each item before securely storing them in designated project bays until installation is required. With our warehouse, we can efficiently group and streamline deliveries to your property while remaining flexible with dates. Throughout this process, we maintain close communication with the site team to ensure we stay on track.
Installation
We strive to make the move-in and delivery process as stress-free as possible. Our friendly installers bring a wealth of experience, carefully delivering, assembling, and positioning furniture. We also ensure that any artwork or mirrors are hung according to our plans, and we take care of all the rubbish removal for you. Your lead designer will be present during the installation, taking charge of styling to ensure that the overall vision is fully realised.
Handover
We prioritize your complete satisfaction with every aspect of the project. If there are any additional items you need, our team is ready to assist you. Your designer will accompany you on a thorough walk-through of the property, carefully reviewing each element to ensure it meets your expectations.
During this walk-through, we’ll take the time to discuss any details you’d like to adjust and address any snagging items that may have arisen. This collaborative approach ensures that every aspect of the design is just as you envisioned. We want you to feel confident and delighted with the final result, and our goal is to make sure you are completely happy with your space before we consider the project complete. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.

Woodgate Marketing Suite
A typical Marketing Suite would quite often have a “formal” approach to its layout. One would be faced with a reception desk area, greeted by a member of the sales staff, who would then guide you through a journey that is pre-determined for the visitors. Jigsaw Interior Design's aim was to flip that concept for their latest project, Woodgate for Thakeham. By taking a unique approach, our design invites future buyers to explore the space freely and feel truly welcome. Since purchasing a home is a significant life decision, we aimed to foster a warm and relaxed environment that puts them at ease.
