Partridge Walk is an ultra-modern new-build residence set within the prestigious enclave of Lilliput, just a short stroll from the coastline. We were appointed to the project during its shell phase, giving us a valuable opportunity to contribute from the outset and collaborate closely with the wider design and build team as the development progressed.

Working alongside KLF -a well-established developer known for delivering luxurious homes across Poole – meant the expectations were high. Having partnered with them on numerous successful showhomes including Burton Road, Lilliput Road, and Plot 1 at Tennis Courts, this latest development at Partridge Walk continued a strong track record of helping position and sell their multi-million-pound properties.

A Brief Rooted in Contemporary Luxury

The design brief centred on creating mega-modern interiors that would complement the bold architectural language of the house, while still offering warmth, comfort and refined luxury. A predominantly neutral palette formed the foundation of the scheme, layered with tactile materials and subtle textures to introduce depth and interest without overwhelming the space.

Strategic accents of colour were woven through furnishings, artwork and accessories, bringing personality and vibrancy while maintaining the clean, contemporary aesthetic. Every detail was carefully considered – from bespoke joinery and premium finishes to thoughtfully curated lighting and statement furniture – all contributing to a cohesive sense of understated luxury.

Navigating Constraints with Creativity

As is often the case with fast-paced developments, installation took place before the property was fully completed. This meant working around ongoing trades and navigating limited access to certain areas of the home. Despite these challenges, collaboration with the developer and site teams ensured the showhome was delivered within the agreed timescale, ready for marketing and viewings.

Another key consideration was the immediate outlook from a few rooms where neighbouring properties were still in development. To address this without compromising natural light, we introduced sheer Roman blinds and voile window treatments. This softened less desirable views while maintaining brightness and drawing attention back to the beautifully styled interiors.

A Showhome Designed to Sell

The finished result is a striking yet elegant home that perfectly balances modern minimalism with everyday comfort – a scheme that feels entirely in tune with its coastal setting. The client, Lucy, described Partridge Walk as her favourite showhome to date, praising the overall look and feel as “amazing,” which was fantastic feedback for the entire team.

Professional marketing imagery captured the elevated, luxury aesthetic, strengthening brand presence across property platforms such as Luxury & Prestige. Viewings followed almost immediately, with prospective buyers not only responding positively to the property itself but also enquiring about purchasing the furniture as part of the sale – a clear testament to the impact of the interior scheme.

Partridge Walk represents another successful collaboration with KLF, reinforcing a shared commitment to high-quality design and market-ready presentation. By delivering a more contemporary aesthetic than previous projects – moving away from the softer country-inspired feel of Tennis Courts – this showhome demonstrates the versatility of our approach and the power of thoughtful interior design in accelerating sales and elevating brand perception.
