After the quick sale of our first show home at The Delamarre, Brent Cross, we were invited to design a replacement show home in the same development. This apartment was a very similar layout to the previous show home, so we wanted to create something that felt fresh and new whilst still appealing to the design conscious young couples who love the London lifestyle whilst also valuing community, green space and wellbeing.

They are complete developer-owner-operator working across a range of property sectors including residential, workspace, education, shopping, hospitality and leisure.
We worked with Related Argent on the original show apartment at The Delamarre, which quickly sold as seen before even going on the public housing market. Due to this success, we were invited to design a replacement show home within the same building.
The moment we stepped into this apartment, the first thing that struck us was the sense of space – soaring 3-metre ceilings and vast, open rooms that instantly felt grand yet had the potential to feel a little cold and echoey without the right design touches. Our challenge? To transform this blank canvas into a statement show home that delivered real wow factor – while still feeling warm, welcoming, and lived-in.
Unlike our previous show home, this project came with a tighter budget, which meant every design choice had to work harder. Rather than fully decorating every surface, we focused on impact pieces and strategic detailing to maximise effect. Oversized headboards, bespoke artwork, and bold paint colours became our tools for drama, while feature painted walls added warmth and depth without breaking the bank.
The building’s art-deco architecture provided our main source of inspiration, complemented by subtle nods to mid-century design. The result is a space that feels luxurious, design-led, and memorable, blending glamour with comfort.
Our clients were incredibly hands-on throughout the process – offering thoughtful feedback and working collaboratively with us to bring the vision to life. Together, we achieved a look that’s both aspirational and homely, proving that high-end design doesn’t always require a high-end budget.
The final palette is rich and grounded: sage greens, warm tans, rust tones, and soft beige – an earthy, elegant colour story that ties everything together.
