A luxurious show home created for a successful sell.

This family home on Burton Road features a large open plan ground floor complete with statement fireplace and showstopping kitchen. Upstairs, the property boasts a master suite with walk-in-wardrobe and three guest bedrooms.

The first step of our process is to visit the property and assess the space, its challenging and its stand-out features. Visiting the property enabled us to get a clear understanding of our client’s vision while and inspired a high-level concept presentation. Our clients wanted to furnish the property and get it to market quickly, so every item of furniture was chosen with quick turnaround in mind.

Our rental show home service allows developers or homeowners to rent all the furniture installed, with the pieces being returned to Jigsaw once the property sells. This provides a cost-effective solution for creating a tailored, high-end show home, particularly for properties expected to sell quickly.

This project had a truly luxurious and high-end atmosphere. Given the sheer size of the house, there was a significant amount of space to furnish and dress, which presented both a challenge and an opportunity to a stunning family home.

For the colour scheme, we opted for a neutral base with rich tones of rust and ochre, complemented by deep blues scattered throughout the house. This combination gave the space a sophisticated yet warm feel, blending modern elegance with natural earth tones. The colour palette helped create a serene, inviting atmosphere while still allowing for depth and contrast in different rooms.

The main kitchen, living, and dining area was a spacious open plan, enhanced with bespoke joinery. Our goal was to optimise the layout and provide guidance on how to style the snug area, as well as the smaller room at the front of the house, which we transformed into a stylish home office.

Burton Road was completed and ready for dressing when we were appointed in November 2024. We quickly set to work, dressing and installing the space in early December, with the property officially launching in late January 2025. The clients were exceptionally pleased with the result, expressing how proud they were to showcase the space. The house was sold for the asking price shortly after we completed the styling, demonstrating the success of the project and our ability to create a highly marketable space.

Our work with KLF has led to a strong and ongoing relationship. We’ve had multiple meetings and have already discussed several future developments that they want us to be involved in. The rapid sale of the property is a testament to the effectiveness of our design and styling approach. Our client was particularly complimentary about the design and feel of the space, and the success of this project proves that a quick turnaround and high-end rentals can produce exceptional results with positive feedback.
