Rental Furniture Packs

At Jigsaw Interior Architecture we understand that beautifully furnished properties sell more quickly than empty ones, it’s this fundamental principle that is at the very heart of what we do which can be seen through our proven track record of achieving quick sales for developers and private property investors.

From our many years of experience creating beautiful, aspirational interior design schemes for show homes and private residences we have an inherent knowledge of which furnishings will best enhance a space for prospective buyers. Furniture makes the difference to help buyers envisage their future lives in a new home and understand rooms spatially.

We also understand that on occasion budgets or timescales don’t always allow for one of our more comprehensive interior designed purchase or rental show homes, this is when we can provide the option of a Rental Furniture Pack.

We hold a limited amount of pre-designed Rental Furniture Pack schemes in our warehouse, available on a first come first served basis for installation at short notice, without the additional expense of a design fee.

Whether it be to dress a property to photograph for marketing or as a show home we can help.

In a variety of styles, Jigsaw’s proven Rental Furniture Packs are ready to go and can provide developers and private property investors with many of the benefits of a full show home without the same financial outlay. Following an initial three months rental term you pay a reduced rental fee on a monthly basis for as long as you need the furniture pack.

Each scheme has been carefully conceived by our Interior Designers and items individually handpicked to help set your property apart from the crowd in a competitive market. Our professional installation service means everything is delivered and positioned seamlessly and efficiently.
