Danish design ethos permeates through twelve luxury modern country homes, nestled between the Lymington shore and the New Forest.

We selected a warm oak palette throughout the living, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom areas, complemented by monochrome elements, including matt black brassware, to create a crisp and minimal take on modern country living.

Herringbone flooring adds personality to the properties being one of the major features in the paired back design; whilst contrasting areas of dark charcoal or deep blue in the kitchen joinery and feature wall paints adds depth to the crisp monochrome and oak palette.

Meticulous attention was paid by our interior architects to the development’s lighting design, which was given detailed consideration due to the vaulted ceilings and large windows in the properties.

Throughout the highly edited spaces detail and personality are imbued to the scheme through a few key materials and by the contrast of dark and light. There was a minimal take on even traditional country house features such as the woodburning stove.
